About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at Atelier Fabmec inc. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Construct foundations for machinery and install equipment to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and repair or replace defective machinery parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Hoisting and Rigging Training and Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
