Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Client Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our client services division and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client services division and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage a team of client services professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client services leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
