Subway Operations Supervisor Role

As a supervisor within the Subway operations, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer service experience
  • Guaranteeing top-notch food preparation standards
  • Upholding a clean, organized, and appealing dining environment
  • Overseeing inventory management and financial tracking
  • Implementing local marketing strategies
  • Recruiting and training new personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Promoting a collaborative team atmosphere

Your essential responsibilities as a supervisor will include:

  • Attracting and recognizing skilled team members
  • Maintaining adherence to health and safety guidelines
  • Managing operational records and analyzing data to enhance sales
  • Interacting with potential customers to drive sales
  • Supporting both local and national promotional activities
  • Organizing special events and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma is an asset.
Experience: A minimum of two years in the food service industry; experience in supervision and staff training is preferred.

Key Competencies:
Strong communication abilities; proficiency in computer systems is necessary.

Physical Demands:
Capability to work in various areas of the restaurant as required, operate a point of sale system or computerized cash register. The position involves frequent bending, standing, and walking throughout the day. Must be able to regularly lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
