About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at NEET Janitorial Services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as specialized cleaning, painting, or repair work.
  • Manage Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Office building, cleaning service company, commercial facility
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, reliability
