Assistant Gas Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Gas Bar Manager at our Grant Park Gas Bar location in Winnipeg, MB.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and promote a strong culture of engagement within the store.
- Support the Gas Bar Manager in daily operations of the Gas Bar.
- Lead your team to provide world-class customer service.
- Contribute to achieving financial results and budget objectives in sales, margins, expenses, and profits.
- Ensure shift-to-shift standards of the Gas Bar are met, including cleanliness and sanitation, safety standards, inventory control, rotation, ordering, and commitment buys.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Thorough knowledge of retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
