About Dockside Physiotherapy
We're a dynamic and inclusive physiotherapy clinic in the heart of Victoria, dedicated to empowering our clients to achieve their physical health goals. Our team is passionate about making meaningful connections with our clients and community, and we're looking for a like-minded physiotherapist to join our vibrant team.
Our Philosophy
We believe in a holistic approach to physiotherapy, focusing on objective data and metrics to drive results. Our physiotherapists are skilled in manual and manipulative therapy, therapeutic exercise, pelvic health, chronic pain, concussion rehab, vestibular therapy, and bike fitting. We offer mentorship and growth opportunities to help our physiotherapists level up their skills and achieve their career goals.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive fee split in favor of the therapist, as well as the option to be a contractor or commission-based employee with health benefits and an education allowance. Our physiotherapists enjoy a mix of morning and evening shifts, with a full-time schedule of 4-5 days per week.
Assets (but not required)
- Additional training in exercise prescription and weight training, running analysis, bike fitting, dry needling, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, or manual/manipulative therapy
Compensation
- Competitive fee split offered in favor of the therapist
- Option to be a contractor or commission-based employee with health benefits and an education allowance
- 10% bump in therapist's fee split for the first 3 months
Hours
- Full-time (4-5 days per week)
- Mix of morning and evening shifts (specific times will be discussed at the interview or during the hiring process)
