Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Utilize your knowledge of Canadian travel products to create customized itineraries and travel experiences for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service and expertise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a travel agent with superior Canadian product knowledge
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken
  • TICO certification required
  • Driven, determined, and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail

  • Base salary range of $60-$70k based on experience and interview performance
  • Additional uncapped commissions with a generous tiered commission structure
