About the Opportunity

FCM Travel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for arranging domestic and international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings for air, car, rail, and ground transportation
  • Coordinate domestic and international itineraries with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including ticketing and exchanges
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in travel management
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
