Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality food preparation.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
