About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Expert to join our team at RONA. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service Expertise: Provide detailed product information to customers and other RONA associates, conduct sales activities, and promote products that match customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through daily execution of RONA customer service programs, including following up on completed orders and assisting customers as needed.
  • Order Management: Enter new orders for customers, reach out to vendors on special orders, track and fulfill orders, and resolve issues.
  • Store Operations: Keep shelves stocked, merchandise correctly displayed, and prepare weekly flyers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or sales industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and resolve customer issues.
