Scheduling Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Clerk to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc. As a Scheduling Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Compile orders and instructions received from customers, and track and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and perform routine clerical duties to support the efficient flow of goods.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units, and co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Quick Books.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Veterans:
