Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled CFO to lead our financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and formulating policies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Representation: Represent the company, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, ensuring employees are meeting expectations and contributing to business success.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to allocate resources and establish departments. Excellent communication and representation skills, with the ability to negotiate and represent the company effectively.
