Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 4B Coffee Futures Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing insights into departmental performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
