About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
