Position Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at SAT CLEANING SERVICES LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team of cleaning professionals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to uphold our service standards
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules for the team
