Job Title: Senior Game Designer

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive game experiences that meet the company's high standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and product owner leadership to develop game modes and ensure designs align with the product vision.
  • Design and tune progression systems to achieve specific goals.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results within constraints.
  • Identify problems and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Analyze research to understand market trends and player sentiments, and use that data to inform creative decisions.
  • Partner with Production Leads to prioritize features and sub-features in project scope and development plan.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Designer in the video game industry, with a proven track record of creating top-quality games.
  • Varying game modes development experience.
  • Familiarity with player progression systems.
  • Experience mentoring other designers and providing insightful feedback on design efforts.
  • Experience with console/AAA game development.
  • Proactive and able to own design areas from initial creation through to implementation.
  • Ability to design player experiences that support strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
