Gameplay Design Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive game experiences that meet the strategic business objectives of the company.

  • Work closely with design and product leadership to develop game design principles and ensure alignment with the product vision.
  • Design and tune complex gameplay systems to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that game design is integrated into the overall product development process.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and player sentiment, and use this data to inform game design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of game design principles and best practices.

About the Role

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a game designer in the video game industry.
  • Experience of mentoring and leading junior designers.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
