Job Title: Permanent Educational Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanent Educational Assistant to join our team at the Good Spirit School Division No. 204.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide support to students with diverse learning needs, work closely with teachers to promote student learning, and maintain confidentiality of student information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with mobility needs and/or who require personal care
  • Assist the classroom teacher to support learning with all students in the classroom
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information pertaining to a child, classroom, and the school
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or designate
Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
  • Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work as a team member
Benefits:
  • Monthly salary at an hourly rate of $24.43 plus applicable vacation pay
  • Participation in the Saskatchewan School Board Association (SSBA) Employee Benefits Plan if eligible
