**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform functionalities, including process automation and workflow configuration.
- **Skills:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Certifications:**
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
