**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend changes to optimize workflows using the ServiceNow platform.
  • **Requirements Gathering:** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • **Solution Design:** Develop process improvement solutions within ServiceNow, including workflow automation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • **Implementation Support:** Work with development and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • **Change Management:** Support change management efforts by creating user guides, training materials, and conducting training sessions for end-users.
  • **Performance Analysis:** Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, analyze data, and provide insights to stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform functionalities, including process automation and workflow configuration.
  • **Skills:**
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Certifications:**
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
