Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to fill the role of Finance Manager / Credit Consultant in our Ottawa location.
The Finance Manager serves as the initial point of contact for clients through online inquiries. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and assessing customer requirements for vehicle financing.
- Processing credit applications via phone.
- Collaborating with our network leaders to secure application approvals and assist clients in selecting vehicles from our extensive inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with lead inquiries and manage credit application processes.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients.
- Conduct credit evaluations for clients.
- Submit credit applications to lending partners.
- Structure financing options and payments using our innovative AI-driven software.
- Prepare sales orders for the Finance Director.
- Develop expertise in vehicle financing to maximize profit margins.
- Analyze credit bureau reports and assist clients in understanding their credit situations.
- Collect customer feedback and online reviews.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lending, mortgages, credit, or collections.
- Experience in auto finance (familiarity with dealertrack and OMVIC compliance is a plus).
- Proficient in phone sales.
- Basic understanding of financial principles (credit reports, loans, risk assessment, etc.).
