About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Jeremy Dahlgrin. As a key member of our outdoor construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, carting and spreading topsoil and other materials, laying sod or seed, and building patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape constructions, including excavation, grading, and planting.
  • Operate equipment such as skid-steer loaders, backhoes, and trenchers.
  • Cart and spread topsoil, mulch, and other materials as required.
  • Lay sod or seed, and perform other tasks related to lawn maintenance.
  • Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations.

Requirements

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience in landscaping or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

  • Work will be performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical demands of the job include lifting, bending, and carrying heavy materials.
