Key Responsibilities- Partner with the executive team and stakeholders to develop and implement pricing and deal management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify monetization opportunities and drive change within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to structure deals that maximize profitability and protect StackAdapt's interests.
- Lead contract reviews and negotiations to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Manage and coach a team to navigate complex deal management processes and drive functional and financial performance.
- Proven experience leading organizations through rapid growth and maturation phases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive work from idea to analysis to recommendation to implementation.
- Experience with sales platforms, technologies, and systems, including Salesforce, ThoughtSpot, and Sage Intacct.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple high-priority and time-sensitive projects and stakeholders.
