As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of homeowners by addressing warranty-related issues and performing necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warranty Management: Handle incoming warranty requests from homeowners, assess issues promptly, and coordinate timely resolution of defects or deficiencies according to company policies and industry standards.
  • Field Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections of homes under warranty to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance, documenting findings accurately.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform skilled repairs and adjustments to various home systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work as needed to resolve warranty issues.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with homeowners throughout the warranty process, providing updates on the status of repairs and ensuring their satisfaction with completed work.

Qualifications
