Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

TACO TIME is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, as well as maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
