We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Leafmedx Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Vaccination and Prevention: Administer vaccinations and provide guidance on disease prevention and management.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease management, and medication adherence.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and report relevant health information to government authorities.
- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Work Setting: Clinic environment.
- Certifications: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP), Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC), and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Language:English.
