Canada West Harvest Centre Inc. is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team in Yorkton. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a vital role in building and growing our dealerships in Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize our ASPEN business system and CLAAS parts information system to provide timely and accurate parts service to customers.
- Work closely with other dealer team members in Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to creating processes to ensure the Parts Department runs efficiently.
- Work extended hours during peak seasons and carry a parts on-call phone for after-hour service.
- Use Service Manuals and Parts Books to look up specs and parts for repairs.
- Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Journeyman Diploma preferred, but not required.
- Two to five years' industry experience, preferred.
- Working knowledge of CLAAS Parts is a plus.
- Prior experience in parts sales or counter experience is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and other large machinery, with valid certification.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
- Ability to multi-task and follow through with defined tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Farm background is desirable, but not required.
- Ability to travel within the region and work with limited supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
