About the Role:
We are a global fashion digital retailer with a strong presence in Canada and the U.S., and a team of over 4,000 people. Our company has been a leader in fashion retail since 1975, with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and team excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve outstanding business results.
- Maximize store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal client relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning.
- Flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to changing business environments.
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
- Social media skills, mobile device skills, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
