Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Lush. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Experience:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience in the store.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage customer loyalty.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that sales associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates to help them improve their performance.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all health and safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
