The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for pushing the frontier of AI research and developing state-of-the-art machine learning models at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve the performance and efficiency of our AI models.
- Communicate complex research findings and technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI research, including training, fine-tuning, and experimenting with foundation models.
- Proven track record of communicating complex research to peers and stakeholders.
- Strong programming skills and experience in developing, debugging, and optimizing machine learning systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in low-level machine learning optimization, such as writing CUDA kernel code.
