About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team, specializing in municipal projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating various infrastructure projects, including stormwater management structures, sewer systems, waterworks, and roadways.

As a hybrid engineer, you will have the flexibility to work on institutional (schools and healthcare facilities) or municipal infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. Our team values a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, and we offer a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to alternate between working from home and at our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and coordinate technical aspects of projects with design technicians, other disciplines involved, the customer, and third parties
  • Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, construction cost estimates, and various studies (specific techniques, feasibility, and preliminary design)
  • Plan work phases and schedules
  • Assist the project manager with management tasks and carry out occasional site visits and provide follow-up (technical assistance) from the office
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field
  • Good command of written and spoken French
  • ASP Construction card or in the process of obtaining one
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
