The Medical Laboratory Technologist II plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by executing clinical assessments on laboratory samples utilizing established methodologies. This position is essential for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical evaluations on laboratory specimens adhering to standardized protocols.
- Offer guidance and support in work direction and scheduling.
- Perform quality assurance, analysis, and interpretation of laboratory results.
- Ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Certification from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS).
