Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at NNT Orthotics & Supplies Limited. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and organized with attention to detail
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
