About the Role:
Nuvei is seeking a skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Product Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and delivering our in-house front-end processing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with multiple departments, including product management, operations, CPMO, and IT, to understand the current processing environment and communicate on release management, quality assurance, priorities, and concepts.
- Responsible for front-end product quality and non-peak hour production releases.
- Complete regression testing and provide input to test scripts based on issues identified during QA and/or production issues.
- Complete card brand L3 certification tests and host testing as required.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects under the supervision of the team.
- Report project status and spent time on a regular basis.
- Identify and resolve blockers that may arise on assigned projects.
Requirements:
- Experience with Linux, MySQL, basic scripting, and card brand interfaces would be an asset.
- Working Language: English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec.
- Basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec.
