Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Smitty's Restaurant and Lounge.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Implement a consistent orientation process for new employees
- Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
- Manage inventory, including liquor, food, and supplies
- Coordinate promotional events and activities
- Assist with payroll and maintain accurate records
- Manage cash handling and perform daily bank drops
- Monitor quality assurance and ensure exceptional customer service
- Develop relationships with internal and external customers
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
- Establish annual goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
