About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts for key categories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive down costs, enhance quality, and improve vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and drive continuous improvement in procurement.
  • Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular vendor performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to reduce costs.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies and delivering sourcing savings and value creation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices and industry standards in sourcing and procurement.
