Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Encompass Solutions Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Office.
