Key Responsibilities- Assist in the setup and conduct of chemical experiments to ensure the quality of our raw materials and finished products.
- Compile records for analytical studies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, health and safety measures, and procedures.
- Assist in the development of chemical engineering processes, including procurement, construction, inspection, and maintenance.
- Compile and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform quality control decisions.
- Assist in the design and fabrication of experimental apparatus to support quality control activities.
- Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
