As a Community Health Worker, you will collaborate with a vibrant team of healthcare professionals dedicated to supporting clients in maintaining their independence and comfort at home. Community Health Workers deliver essential home support services, assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting their autonomy. Compensation for Community Health Workers ranges from $27.92 to $29.60 per hour.

In the role of a Long-term Care Attendant (LTCA), you will be a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team providing care in a long-term care environment. Under the guidance of nursing staff, LTCA's play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Compensation for Long-term Care Attendants is $29.83 per hour.

This casual position offers flexible hours, with a maximum of 37.5 hours per week. Many individuals begin their careers in a casual capacity but often transition to permanent roles, which come with employer-paid benefits and accrued time off for sick leave and vacations. Qualifications

  1. Completion of Grade 12
  2. Graduation from a recognized Resident Care Aide/Home Support Worker Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
  3. Registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker registry (please include your registration number)
  4. Possession of a valid BC Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle (for CHW role only)
