About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Finance Credit Analyst to join our Real Assets & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and monitoring a portfolio of project finance transactions across various sectors, including Energy (renewables, power, midstream and downstream), Infrastructure, and Metals & Mining.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the credit risk associated with assigned project finance transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis, to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit reviews, including recommendations for credit limits, covenants, and other risk mitigation measures.
  • Monitor counterparty performance, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate actions to mitigate losses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business line managers, legal counsel, and risk management teams, to ensure seamless execution of credit decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in project finance credit analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the project finance sector.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
