At Clark Builders, we're seeking a skilled Architectural Cladding Specialist to join our team in Edmonton. This role involves the installation of various architectural metal roofing products, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of building envelope systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of metal roof systems, including standing seam and screw-fastened systems.
  • Application of air and vapor barriers, such as peel-and-stick membranes and torch-on roof membranes.
  • Insulation installation.
  • Retro-fit assemblies for roof and wall cladding.
  • Repair and replacement of standing seam metal roofs.
  • Conventional metal roofing and liner assemblies.
  • Installation of sheet metal flashings.
  • Pre-insulated metal foam panel systems installation.
  • Composite panel systems installation, including aluminum composite material, plate aluminum, fiber cement, and phenolic wood core panel systems.
  • Installation and repair of metal roofs using hand and power tools.
  • Custom architectural roofing products, such as sunshades and architectural louvers.
  • Application of primers, sub-grits, flashings, and caulking associated with the above-noted architectural products.
  • Maintenance of a clean construction site.
  • Daily log maintenance of tasks and hazard assessment cards.
  • Representation of Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Adherence to Clark Builders policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the installation of Architectural Cladding products.
  • Valid first aid certificate an asset.
  • Valid ESC Fall Protection, CSTS 2020, and WHMIS 2015 is an asset.
