Job Title: Senior Executive Administrative Assistant

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide top-level support to our Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Hydro Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Review and coordinate meeting requests, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas and handouts.
  • Arrange meetings with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and organize projects, including research and data compilation.
  • Manage expense reports and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an executive administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
