Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Wok Box. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Take customers' orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Package take-out food and maintain a high level of presentation
  • Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
