Job Title: Certified Journeyman Millwright

At Taseko, we are seeking a highly skilled Certified Journeyman Millwright to join our team at the Gibraltar Mine in McLeese Lake, BC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced millwright to perform preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on operations equipment, including crushers, conveying systems, grinding mills, pumps, and piping systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of apprentices and work as part of a team to accomplish maintenance goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet production, maintenance, and safety goals and objectives.
  • Perform maintenance tasks associated with operations equipment, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Contribute to the development of apprentices and work as part of a team to accomplish maintenance goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
  • Interprovincial trade qualifications in Millwrighting (Red Seal Certification).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
