About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Home Hardware. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and effectively promote them to customers through in-store displays and sales pitches.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and performing cycle counts.
  • Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
