Pet Salon Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Salon Manager to join our team at PET PALACE hotel, daycare & grooming. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pet grooming salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional pet grooming services.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to provide our services.
  • Scheduling: Arrange schedules to ensure that we have adequate staff coverage at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pet grooming salon or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
