About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team at Joshi Inc. as a key member of our market research and analysis team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, identifying trends and patterns.
  • Develop comprehensive social and economic profiles of areas to encourage industrial and commercial investment, leveraging market research and analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles, presenting complex data in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Offer consulting services to government and other organizations, providing expert market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects, ensuring robust methodologies and accurate results.
Requirements
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Previous experience in market research and analysis is highly desirable.
Work Arrangements
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
