About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Courier Van Driver to join our team at LA Logistics Moncton Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our clients.
  • Operate Vehicles: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and courtesy to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accept payment or invoices for items delivered, receive and relay information to central dispatch, and maintain accurate records of items received and delivered.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to all safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors and in various locations, including different cities and towns.
  • Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
