Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at McIntyre Finishing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality results
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines
  • Determine weldability of materials and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in welding or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • 40 hours of work per week in a commercial or residential setting
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
