Mccahouse is seeking a dynamic and imaginative individual to join our team as a Child Care Assistant - Inclusion Facilitator. This role is designed for those who are passionate about early childhood development and inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to support a classroom environment for 8-16 children aged 2-5.
- Engage with preschoolers and assist a child with additional support needs, creating and executing enriching activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, fulfilling general housekeeping duties as required.
A comprehensive job description will be shared with the selected candidate. This position offers a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week, focusing on fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
