Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including scheduling and training.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Prepare food order summaries for guests and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure safe food handling practices.
  • Supervise and check the assembly and delivery of food to customers, adhering to food quality control standards.
  • Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in achieving budget targets.
Requirements
  • 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of restaurant experience.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
  • Able to work shift work, weekends, mornings, and evenings.
  • Excellent math skills and a great attitude.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and daily.
